Pawsitive Impact Initiative hosts local spay/neuter clinics at St. Lawrence Veterinarian Clinic in Kingston. We service low income and unhoused families in Kingston + Frontenac County with low cost spay and neuter services. We run these clinics as often as resources will allow.

NEXT LOCAL CLINIC - APRIL 2026

 In March 2026 we headed back to where it all began, sunny Curaçao, or our very first INTERNATIONAL spay and neuter mission! One year after visiting with the incredible team at @rescuepawscuracao we returned to turn inspiration into action. What started as a spark of an idea became a full-circle moment. Curaçao, thank you— and thank you to each and everyone of you who made this possible!

Pawsitive Impact Initiative ran TWO winter missions in 2025 and early 2026. We helped over 30 low income and unhoused families spay and neuter their pets.
